Royal Unibrew and Fellowmind are expanding their multi-year collaboration with a new strategic agreement on managing Microsoft licenses through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model. The agreement is a natural next step in a partnership that already includes Data & Analytics, Modern Work, infrastructure, and security, all based on Microsoft technology.
We have chosen to expand our collaboration with Fellowmind because they cover the entire technology stack across our markets. This makes it natural to also let Fellowmind manage our Microsoft licensing agreement. With their licensing team, we ensure correct licensing, advisory, optimization, and, importantly, high adoption of our solutions.
From EA to CSP: Increased flexibility and stronger financial performance
As part of the agreement, Royal Unibrew is transitioning from a traditional Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) to a more flexible CSP model. The transition is based on a thorough analysis of the company’s needs and optimization opportunities.
In close collaboration with Royal Unibrew, we have analysed their needs and identified opportunities for a more optimal and flexible agreement model. The transition from EA to CSP has made it possible to realize concrete optimizations while also ensuring a stronger financial framework.
