Fellowmind invests heavily in AI growth with plans to recruit 100 Frontier Fellows
Fellowmind is launching a major recruitment initiative to support the rapid growth of its HiveAI business and help customers meet rising demand for AI agents and AI-driven business transformation. The company plans to recruit approximately 100 Frontier Fellows across its European markets.
Recruitment activities will begin during the summer across all Fellowmind countries. The hiring initiative is driven by existing customer demand and active projects rather than future expectations.
We are seeing very strong demand for HiveAI solutions. Customers want to understand how AI agents can create real value in their own business processes. That’s why we’re hiring directly into customer-facing roles. The demand and projects are already here.
A new role for the AI era – Frontier Fellow
Fellowmind is building a new generation of consulting capabilities around the role of the Frontier Fellow. Similar to what some technology companies describe as Forward Deployed Engineers, Frontier Fellows combine deep business process understanding with technology and AI expertise. They work side by side with customers to identify opportunities, redesign ways of working, and turn AI potential into real business outcomes.
They work side by side with customers to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and design solutions that transform how work gets done. A key part of their role is helping organizations decide which activities are best handled by people and which can be delegated to AI agents.
“We are looking for people who understand business processes and are willing to challenge traditional ways of working. They need to step into a customer environment, spot opportunities, and help build AI-powered solutions that deliver real business value," says Hemmilä.
Building the hybrid organization of the future
Fellowmind believes organizations are entering a new era of hybrid workforces, where people and AI agents collaborate seamlessly across business functions.
Through HiveAI, Fellowmind helps customers build and manage what it calls hybrid organizations – where AI agents work alongside employees to automate repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and execute business processes across connected systems.
The organizations of the future will not consist solely of people. They will include digital colleagues in the form of AI agents, working alongside people to grow the business and create better employee experiences. We’re already seeing this shift with our customers today.
From AI experimentation to business transformation
While many organizations have spent recent years experimenting with AI, the focus is now shifting toward operationalizing it and embedding it directly into core business processes.
“This is no longer about testing AI. Organizations want to implement it at scale and integrate it into the way they operate. We’re investing heavily in both the HiveAI platform and the people who help our customers succeed in that transformation,” Hemmilä says.
With this recruitment initiative, Fellowmind aims to build one of Northern Europe’s leading AI agent and hybrid workforce capabilities — helping organizations accelerate their journey toward the Connected Company of Tomorrow.
